HARRISBURG – In recent weeks, Pennsylvania Game Commission board of game commissioners president Greg Isabella of Philadelphia and vice president Jay Delaney of Wilkes-Barre both said in separate public appearances that they expected positive results when the agency met to set seasons and bag limits for the 2009-10 seasons.
